• How do I track my order?

  To track your order, please click on the Order Tracking link found in the header of Brinkmann.net and enter the required information to retrieve your order information.  If you placed your order by phone, mail or fax, you will be required to enter your order number and zip code to find your order details.  If your order was placed online, you will be asked to login to your profile to display your order details.

• Why can I not find my order?

  It can take up to 24-36 hours for your order to process in the Order Tracking system.  If Brinkmann.net does not find/recognize your order and you have placed the order within the past 24-36 hours, please check the site again after this time frame has passed.  If you continue to experience problems, please contact customer service via the Contact Form or call (800) 468-5252. 

• My order is listed as “Order Shipped” but I have not received my order. Where is it?

  In the Order Tracking results, please locate the FedEx tracking number and click on the link.  This link will forward you to the FedEx website and provide you details relating to the exact location of your package.  Please allow 3-7 days for transit time within the US.  International orders can take longer. 

• What does Backorder & Estimated Availability Date (EAD) mean?

  The item you have ordered is currently Out of Stock and on Backorder. Brinkmann reviews production dates on a daily basis and updates the Order Tracking database in order to convey to you as much information as possible regarding the status of your order. Once we receive confirmation that production is nearing completion on the item in question, the status will change to include an Estimated Availability Date (EAD). The EAD is an estimate of when the product will arrive at the Brinkmann warehouse and will be available for shipping. Please allow an additional 3-7 days for transit time once the product is ready to ship.

• What does Order Pending mean?

  Once Brinkmann has received your order, the first status category is Order Pending.  This means that the item in question is available and scheduled to ship.  Please check back within 48 hours for the actual ship date (time frames may vary due to seasonal activity). Please allow 3-7 days for transit time once your order has shipped.
