Smoked Brisket (Boneless)


1 tablespoon garlic salt
1/3 cup catsup
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 tablespoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion salt

Fill charcoal pan completely with charcoal and/or wood. Fill water pan with liquid, leaving enough room for excess marinade. Marinate the brisket (approx. 10 lbs.) in sauce given above for 12 hours. Pour 1/2 cup red wine and remaining marinade into water pan. Place brisket on grill. Smoke brisket approximately 8 hours.
