Sportsman’s Sauce


1 16 oz. can tomato sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
Juice from two limes
1 12 oz. bottle hot or regular catsup
1/2 cup butter or margarine
Louisiana hot sauce to taste (Tabasco)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bottle beer
2 teaspoons Kitchen Bouquet Sauce
1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Mix together all ingredients and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Use as a dipping sauce or brush onto meat prior to or during cooking.
