The Vertex comes with two separate grilling chambers. The left chamber contains 4 stainless steel main burners on board with a total of 40,000 BTUs and an integrated rotisserie system. The right chamber boasts a bottom row of 2 stainless steel main burners with 10,000 BTUs total and a 10,000 BTU restaurant style top sear burner built into the hood.
Both chambers are equipped with cast iron cooking grates designed to capture flavor and clean with ease, oversized and easy to read temperature gauges, grill lights built into the lid handles and electronic ignition ensuring a quick start every time.
Tired of trying to guess if you’re running low on propane? No problem. The vertex has a built in fuel gauge which lets you know when it’s time to run to the corner and swap tanks.
